Republic of Zambia Visa

Crown Foreign Services Pvt. Ltd. Visa Stamping Application Center New Delhi provides Visa Stamping Services for Zambia.

1. TOURIST:

· Application Form (filled in triplicate). · Photocopies of the 1, 2, and last pages of a valid passport. · Original and Photocopy of the yellow fever vaccination certificate. · Three recent passport-size photos. · Covering letter from the applicant. · Photocopy with original return or onward ticket. · Confirmation letter, the day-to-day itinerary, and a confirmed hotel booking from a tour operator in Zambia. · Proof of Sound Financial Status in the form of copy of Credit Card or Bank Statement or Dollar endorsement on the Passport.

2. BUSINESS/ORDINARY VISITOR:

· Application Form (filled in triplicate). · Photo copies of the 1, 2 and the last pages of valid passport. · Original and Photo copy of the yellow fever vaccination certificate. · Three recent passport size photos. · Covering letter from the applicant or his employer. · Confirmed return ticket. · Invitation letter from the hosting company and copy of the host’s status in Zambia (permit)

3. DIPLOMATIC/OFFICIAL:

· Application Form (filled in triplicate). · Three recent passport size photos. · Photo copy of valid Official/Diplomatic Passport. · Note from the Ministry / Mission regarding the official visit. 4. TYPE OF VISAS FEES: · Single Entry - Rs 4,000 · Double Entry - Rs 6, 100 · Multiple Entry - Rs 11, 200 Submission Timing: 9 a.m. - 12.30 p.m. Collection Timing: 1.30 p.m. - 3.00 p.m. Note: Fees to be paid in the form of a bank draft in favour of Zambia High Commission, payable at New Delhi with a photo copy of the demand draft. Fees not refundable. Time taken 2-3 working days. The forms can be downloaded from

• Referred visas will take a minimum of ten days to process.

• Only machine - readable passports are accepted for entry and exit out of Zambia. All passports should be valid for a minimum period of six months from the day of entry into Zambia and should have a minimum of three blank pages.
