For Ordinary Passport

• Nationals of ECOWAS countries (Economic Community of West African States) can enter Togo freely, without visas, but must be in possession of a valid passport or a national card. identity.

• Nationals who are not members of ECOWAS must have a valid passport with a visa.

• Likewise, people of unknown nationality or holders of a NANSEN passport must apply for an entry visa to Togo.

• For Nationals of countries where Togo has diplomatic representation, it is advisable that tourists wishing to visit Togo apply for their tourist visas before entering Togo.

• Entry and stay visas are issued by the Embassy and are valid from one to 90 days.

DAYS AND HOURS OF DEPOSIT AND WITHDRAWAL OF VISAS: Deposit: Every day from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Pick up: Afternoon from 2:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. DOCUMENTS TO PROVIDE :

1. Documents required for submitting the visa application:

   • Visa application form , legibly completed and signed.

   • 2 color identity photos, 3.5 x 4.5 cm format, full face, bare head on a clear, solid background.

   • Passport (Original + copy) with at least 3 months validity and comprising at least two blank pages.

   • The processing time is THREE (03) working days from the filing date and ONE (01) day for an Express visa.

     1. Application fees:

Short stay visa (1 to 90 days)

• Single entry: 2400 Rupees

• Multiple Entries: 4200 Rupees

• Visa express: an additional 1000 Rupees.

PLEASE NOTE : IN THE EVENT OF A VISA REFUSAL, THE APPLICATION FEES ARE NOT REFUNDABLE .

• Proof of financial availability necessary to cover the costs of the stay.

• Yellow fever vaccination certificate

NB: For foreigners residing in India:

• Valid Indian residence or return visas allowing return to India. Original + copy.

• Valid residence permit. Original + double-sided copy.

  1. Proof of the purpose of the trip

Tourist or private travel :

• Original of the invitation letter from the host in case of accommodation with a private person

• Hotel reservation certificate

• Document certifying participation in an organized group trip

Professional travel:

• invitation from a partner company

• All documents attesting to the exercise of a business activity.
