Embassy of the Arab Republic of Egypt New Delhi -Visa Stamping Processing Service

Crown Foreign Services Pvt. Ltd. Visa Stamping Application Center New Delhi provides Visa Stamping Services for Egypt.

Applicants may apply for Egypt Visa Stamping ( Employment / Business / Tourist /Entry Visa) through us, by submitting their passport in our office by hand/ post/courier/Authorised Representative.

Note: Applicant can also submit directly to the Egypt Embassy New Delhi always.

Document Check List for Tourist Visa

1. Original Passport Valid at least for 6 months.

2. Photocopy of the passport (Front Page and Last Page)

3. Dully filled Visa Form

4. 2 Passport Size Color Photograph White Background with 60% Face Size

5. Request Letter from Applicant specifying purpose of visit along with passport details

6. Detailed Tour Program with all contact details of the Egyptian Travel Agent on the letter head with the authorized signature and stamp of the Egyptian Travel Agent.

7. Confirm return complete-route Air Ticket

8. Confirm Hotel Booking / Accomodation Voucher

9. Last Six month personal bank staetments of the applicant with original signature and seal of the Bank.

Note:

• Visa Validity for Single Entry is up to three months.

• Indian with valid residence visa in gulf countries for not less than 6 months can obtain visa On-Arrival at Egyptian Entry port.

• Indians tourist groups can obtain Via on Arrival at Egyptian Entry port provided that Egyptian tour operator is oreaganizing the tour trip.

Document Check List for Business Visa

1. Original Passport Valid at least for 6 months.

2. Photocopy of the passport (Front Page and Last Page)

3. Dully filled Visa Form

4. 2 Passport Size Color Photograph White Background with 60% Face Size

5. Request Letter from Applicant specifying purpose of visit along with passport details

6. Invitation Letter from an Egypt-based Entity with full address and contact details of the host.

7. Confirm return complete-route Air Ticket

8. Last Six month personal bank staetments of the applicant with original signature and seal of the Bank.

Note:

• Visa Validity for Single Entry is up to three months.

• Visa Validity for Multiple Entry is up to Six months.

Document Check List for Work Visa ( Employment Visa)

1. Original Passport Valid at least for 6 months.

2. Photocopy of the passport (Front Page and Last Page)

3. Dully filled Visa Form

4. 2 Passport Size Color Photograph White Background with 60% Face Size

5. Request Letter from Applicant specifying purpose of visit along with passport details

6. Invitation Letter from an Egypt-based Entity with full address and contact details of the host.

7. Confirm Air Ticket

8. Visa will be issued upon receiving the work permit from the Egyptian competent authorities.

Note:

• Visa Validity for Single Entry is up to three months.

Document Check List for Enrty Visa

1. Original Passport Valid at least for 6 months.

2. Photocopy of the passport (Front Page and Last Page)

3. Dully filled Visa Form

4. 2 Passport Size Color Photograph White Background with 60% Face Size

5. Request Letter from Applicant specifying purpose of visit along with passport details

6. Invitation Letter from an Egypt-based host with proof of relationship with the invitee.

7. Residence Permit for work of the host (if foreigner) with atleast six months validity.

8. Confirm return complete-route Air Ticket

9. Last Six month personal bank staetments of the applicant with original signature and seal of the Bank.

• Visa Validity for Single Entry is up to three months.
